He is a research and development producer for the Media Cymru innovation programme, he leads on environmental sustainability and virtual production. He works for Cardiff University in Wales.

Greg led on securing the BFI-funded Albert Screen New Deal Transformation for Wales pilot Partners include the BFI (British Film Institute), BAFTA Albert, ARUP, Creative Wales and Ffilm Cymru Wales.

He is also a Co-Investigator on XR+ Network Virtual Production in the Digital Economy, a project funded by ESPRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council).

Prior to this, he was a producer for the AHRC funded Clwstwr Programme and worked in the media industry for over 20 years, in production, studios, festivals and events.
